4. Third-Party Agents Disclaimer (Very Important)
4.1 Mayorla Is Not Responsible for Third-Party Agents
If a User interacts with, visits a property through, or conducts any transaction with an agent who is not a verified Mayorla Agent, such interaction is strictly at the User’s own risk.

Is not liable for any loss, scam, fraud, misrepresentation, or financial damage arising from dealing with such agents
4.2 Zero Liability for External Transactions

Payments made to non-Mayorla agents

Property inspections arranged outside the Mayorla platform

Disputes, disagreements, or failures in service involving external agents
4.3 User Obligation Regarding Property Inspections
Before visiting any property not listed by a verified Mayorla Agent, Users must:
