Mayorla Properties is a subsidiary of Mayorla Dynamics Limited, established to address one of the most significant challenges facing Nigeria’s real estate industry — the lack of trust between property owners, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors. The vision was conceived in 2013 by our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Olumayowa Olayinka, following extensive research conducted during his career at Media Techniques Limited, publishers of City People Magazine. Today, we continue to fulfil that mission by providing transparent, professional, and technology-driven real estate solutions that place our clients’ interests first.

Mr. Olumayowa Olayinka
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Olumayowa Olayinka is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate professional, and business leader with a passion for transforming Nigeria’s property industry through integrity and innovation. An Accounting graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, he spent over fifteen years at Media Techniques Limited, publishers of City People Magazine, before founding Mayorla Properties in 2015.
